On the way...
Ok, 90kgs of my stuff is on its way home on a ship. I am hoping it will arrive the week before Christmas, as a lot of presents are in there, but if not, then it will just be like Christmas anyway right....?
I decided to keep more summer clothing, and send more in-between stuff, so will be adopting the layered look over my remaining weeks here. Should make for some entertaining outfits.
We are still interviewing for a replacement nanny. Slightly concerning, but great validation that they can't find anyone good enough to replace me. Lynda offered me the job during the interview, and some of these women are coming back for second interviews, but not quite make the cut, for one reason or another.
The next few weeks will be spent doing all the thing I have been wanting to do for ages, or things I have told the kids I would do with them, but never got around to doing.
My last day at work is Halloween, and we will be having Annemaries birthday party on that day, should be a good one. I then have a time to relax at Charlene and Felix's place before the 2 day journey home. I am going to Charlene's school on one of the days and reading some Australian stories to her kids, thinking about Possum Magic or Koala Lou or The Magic Hat.
Well, better go make sure all is ok for the nanny interview this afternoon, this one is an older woman who grew up in Australia and Belgium, and speaks English, French, Dutch and Flemish (not sure that is how you spell it, it just makes me laugh to say it!!!!)
More updates will follow with some photos before I leave.

hey, it certainly sounds like the rush to the finish line is approaching. It must be a conflicting and sometimes sad proces - but we are all looking forward to your return! Take care and talk soon.
